FRANCIS J. GREENBURGER
President & Founder
Francis Greenburger is the President and Founder of the Greenburger Center for Justice, CEO and Chairman of Time Equities Inc., Chairman of Sanford J. Greenburger Associates, Inc., and founder and principal benefactor of Omi International Arts Center. As an active advocate for social and criminal justice reform, Mr. Greenburger serves on the board of several non profit organizations and is an active donor to over 300 charitable organizations.

CHERYL ROBERTS
Executive Director
Cheryl Roberts is the Executive Director of the Greenburger Center for Justice. Previously, she had the honor of serving four Mayors as Corporation Counsel or Assistant Corporation Counsel of the City of Hudson, New York, provided pro bono bond agent services to a nonprofit bail fund, served eight years as a town judge in Columbia County, New York, and spent more than a decade practicing land use and environmental law. Earlier in her career, she served as counsel to subcommittees in both the US House of Representatives and the US Senate.

DAMON ROWE
Damon Rowe is the Managing Director of Operations for the Greenburger Center for Justice and oversees the construction of Hope House. Previously, he was a senior manager and counsel for nonprofit organizations, where he worked on criminal justice and community development projects, and an attorney at a law firm, advising nonprofit organizations and businesses on a range of transactions and governance issues.

DR. RALPH AQUILA
As a community psychiatrist, Dr. Ralph Aquila has helped thousands of indigent New Yorkers living with some of the most serious forms of mental illness, including schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. He pioneered the concept of a “health home” long before it gained popularity in the rest of the country. Currently, Dr. Aquila serves as the Executive Director of the Center for Reintegration, an organization that provides scholarships to persons with serious mental illness for the past 26 years.

REBECCA ZIFF
Rebecca Ziff is a private practice psychotherapist specializing in the treatment of children, adolescents and their families. She works with children, parents and other key caretakers to aid children in overcoming obstacles and mental health challenges impeding their daily life.
